Where additional work is required, we will seek customer authorisation before carrying out work where reasonably practicable.

All quotations are subject to change if further faults or necessary repairs are identified.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for 30 days.

6. Vehicle Repairs and Servicing

We will carry out services using reasonable care and skill in accordance with applicable industry standards.

You authorise us to:

  • Inspect your vehicle; 
  • Conduct diagnostic procedures; 
  • Carry out agreed repairs and servicing; 
  • Road test the vehicle where reasonably necessary. 

We may use:

  • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts; 
  • Equivalent quality aftermarket parts; 
  • Reconditioned parts where appropriate and agreed. 

7. MOT Testing

Where we arrange or conduct MOT testing, the outcome is determined by the applicable MOT testing standards and regulations.

We cannot guarantee that a vehicle will pass an MOT test.

Any repairs required following an MOT failure will be quoted separately unless otherwise agreed.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle and contact information; 
  • Remove valuable personal items from the vehicle; 
  • Ensure the vehicle is legally owned or used with the owner’s permission; 
  • Inform us of any known faults or safety concerns. 

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside vehicles.

9. Vehicle Collection and Storage

Customers must collect vehicles promptly after notification that work has been completed.

Where vehicles remain uncollected for an unreasonable period, storage charges may apply.

We reserve the right to exercise any legal rights available to recover unpaid charges, including retaining possession of a vehicle until payment is received where permitted by law.

10. Pricing and Payment

All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse release of a vehicle until all outstanding amounts have been paid.

Accepted payment methods may vary and will be advised at the time of payment.

11. Cancellation Policy

Customers should provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

We reserve the right to charge reasonable costs where:

  • Special order parts have already been purchased; 
  • Significant workshop time has been allocated and cannot reasonably be reallocated. 

Nothing in this clause affects statutory consumer rights.

12. Parts Warranty

New parts supplied by us may be covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable.

Warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant manufacturer or supplier.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear; 
  • Accidental damage; 
  • Misuse or neglect; 
  • Modifications carried out by third parties; 
  • Failures caused by unrelated vehicle defects. 

13. Workmanship Guarantee

We aim to provide high-quality workmanship and may offer guarantees on certain repairs or services.

Any workmanship guarantee provided will be subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of service.

Customers must notify us promptly if they believe work has not been carried out correctly.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence; 
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; 
  • Any liability that cannot legally be excluded. 

Subject to the above, our total liability arising from services or use of this website shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service.
